Josh Berg and Greg Squires, two Atascadero community members, have partnered together to create a community hub at The Co-Op, a place to connect, create and learn.
“In 2009, my wife and I moved to our first home right down the street from this building that was Decou Lumber & Hardware at the time. We shopped here almost weekly to buy goods and supplies for our home and yard. Little did we know that 15 years later we would be developing a community hub and workspace in this neighborhood. The Decou family ran a lumber yard here for 60+ years, and these walls are filled with stories and dreams of our authentic Atascadero community. It’s my hope that every business that operates here, including StoryLabs, helps this neighborhood flourish with life and abundance.”
